Chicken Mango Lettuce Wraps Recipe

These healthy chicken lettuce wraps are quick and easy to make, light, flavorful, and delicious! Ready in 30-minutes, they make a great weeknight meal.

Ingredients Needed:

- Chicken Breast - All-Purpose Flour - Salt - Sesame Oil - Low Sodium Soy Sauce - Seasoned Rice Vinegar - Scallions - Garlic - Fresh Ginger - Frozen Mango Chunks - Fresh Cilantro - Bibb Lettuce - Optional for Topping: Lime  Wedges, Salted Peanuts

Step 1 - Coat the chicken with flour, and the pan-fry until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside

Step 2 - Sauté the scallions, garlic, and ginger until fragrant and then deglaze the pan.

Step 3 - Add the chicken back into finish cooking and add the mango in to cook along with it.

Step 4 - Spoon filling into lettuce leaves, top with cilantro, and enjoy!
