Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Balls

This no bake chocolate peanut butter energy balls recipe is quick and easy to make! These easy energy bites are great for snacking on the go, between meals, on the road, etc.

Ingredients Needed:

– chia seeds – water – rolled oats – vanilla protein powder – maple syrup – peanut butter – mini chocolate chips

STEP 1 - Mix the chia seeds and water together in a small bowl and set aside STEP 2 - Mix remaining ingredients together until combined, then stir in the pre-soaked chia seeds

STEP 3 - Roll into 1" balls (using a small cookie scoop or Tablespoon measure helps!) STEP 4 - Place energy balls on a lined cookie sheet (or storage container) and refrigerate

Enjoy your chocolate peanut butter energy balls within one week. Happy snacking!
