Easy Homemade Waffles

This easy, one-bowl applesauce waffles recipe makes wonderfully fluffy and healthier homemade waffles! A great waffle base for all of your favorite waffle toppings.

Ingredients Needed:

- Salted butter - Large eggs - Unsweetened applesauce - Milk of choice (I use 2% or  whole dairy milk) - Pure maple syrup - Whole wheat flour - Baking powder - Ground cinnamon

1. Preheat waffle iron. 2. Mix together wet ingredients.  3. Mix in dry ingredients.  4. Cook the waffles.  5. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
