Fluffy Pancake Recipe

This fluffy pancake recipe is the homemade version of your favorite classic pancake. Light and fluffy, the perfect way to start your day! 

Ingredients Needed:

– Large Egg – Vegetable Oil (or Canola     Oil) – Oat Milk* – Vanilla Extract – Granulated Sugar – Baking Powder – Salt – All-Purpose Flour – Toppings of choice

*Substitute with dairy milk if preferred

1. Mix together wet ingredients. Once combined add in the sugar. 2. Add dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter is formed

3. Preheat griddle of fry-pan 4. Grease and scoop batter onto hot pan 5. Cook pancakes for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown

6. Serve with your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
