Kale Quinoa Salad

This kale quinoa power salad recipe is packed full of good-for-you ingredients and makes a salad recipe that is actually filling!

Ingredients Needed:

– curly kale  – olive oil – Salt and pepper – quinoa – pistachios – pepitas – cherry tomatoes – goat cheese – Maple tahini dressing     (recipe linked at the end of     the story slides!)

1. Prepare quinoa 2. Sauté kale with olive oil, salt, and pepper 3. While the quinoa and kale cool a little bit, make your dressing and prep the rest of your ingredients 4. Make your salad 5. Enjoy!
