No Bake Energy Bites

These no bake birthday cake energy balls are a fun and easy snack recipe to make at home!  High in protein and fiber, these little cuties are powerhouse snack. Plus, sprinkles make everything more fun, right?

Ingredients Needed:

– chia seeds – water – rolled oats – vanilla protein powder – pure maple syrup – vanilla extract – almond extract – cashew butter – sprinkles

STEP 1 - Mix the chia seeds and water together in a small bowl and set aside STEP 2 - Mix remaining ingredients (except the sprinkles) together until combined, then stir in the pre-soaked chia seeds + sprinkles

STEP 3 - Roll into 1" balls (using a small cookie scoop or Tablespoon measure helps!) STEP 4 - Place energy balls on a lined cookie sheet (or storage container) and refrigerate

Enjoy your birthday cake energy bites as a quick on-the-go snack, in between meals, or whenever you need a little pick me up!
