No Bake Peanut Butter Protein Balls

These no bake peanut butter protein balls are an easy and healthy snack you can make at home! High in protein, fiber, and nutrients, these easy protein bites are perfect for on the go snacking.

Ingredients Needed:

– chia seeds – water – rolled oats – vanilla protein powder – maple syrup – peanut butter – mini chocolate chips

STEP 1 - Mix the chia seeds and water together in a small bowl and set aside STEP 2 - Mix remaining ingredients together until combined, then stir in the pre-soaked chia seeds

STEP 3 - Roll into 1" balls (using a small cookie scoop or Tablespoon measure helps!) STEP 4 - Place energy balls on a lined cookie sheet (or storage container) and refrigerate

Refridgerate and enjoy your no bake peanut butter protein balls within one week. Happy snacking!
