PUMPKIN BARS – large eggs – vegetable oil – granulated sugar – canned pumpkin puree – baking powder – baking soda – cinnamon – salt – all-purpose flour
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING – whipped cream cheese – salted butter softened – vanilla extract – confectioners sugar (aka powdered sugar) – optional: pinch of salt
1. Pre-heat oven and prep pan 2. Mix together ‘wet’ ingredients 3. Add in dry ingredients 4. Pour batter into prepared pan 5. Bake 6. Make the cream cheese frosting 7. Frost bars 8. Cut, serve, and enjoy!
