Ingredients

  • 3 Cups - Old Fashioned Oats gluten-free for GF diets
  • ½ Cup - Sliced Almonds
  • ½ Cup - Chopped Pecans
  • ½ Cup - Chopped Walnuts
  • ½ Cup - Salted & Roasted Pepitas
  • ¼ Cup - Grapeseed Oil
  • ½ Cup - Maple Syrup
  • ¼ Cup - Brown Sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (149 degrees C)
  • In a large mixing bowl, stir together the oats, almonds, pecans, walnuts, and pepitas. Set dry ingredients aside
  • In a liquid measuring cup, measure out the grapeseed oil and maple syrup. Add the brown sugar to the liquid mix and whisk to combine
  • Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated
  • Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, stirring halfway through
  • Remove from the oven, cool, and store in an air-tight container

Notes

*Note for those who want to customize their homemade granola: The most important thing about this homemade granola recipe is the ingredient ratio: 3 cups oats, 2 cups mix-ins, and 1 cup liquid mixture.
