Ingredients

  • 2 oz pink grapefruit juice fresh-squeezed or store-bought
  • 1 oz fresh-squeezed lime juice about ½ of a medium lime
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 4 oz lemon-lime soda
  • Optional garnish: slice of pink grapefruit

Instructions

  • Fill a lowball (or rocks glass) full of ice
  • Add grapefruit juice, lime juice, and simple syrup to the glass
  • Top with lemon-lime soda and stir to combine
  • Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit if desired
  • Enjoy!

Notes

*Option to change to a cocktail: add 1-2oz of vodka, tequila, or gin to turn this mocktail recipe into a grapefruit cocktail. 
*How to make this mocktail refined sugar free: You will need to do two things. First, Select a lemon-lime soda that fits this requirement (like Zevia). Second, select a natural sweetener to replace the simple syrup. such as agave syrup (start with a half ounce and add more to taste).
