- ¼ C granulated sugar

- ½ C apple cider
- ½ C ginger beer
- optional: apple slices or a cinnamon stick for garnish
Make the spiced sugar mixture by combining granulated sugar and pumpkin pie spice in a small mixing bowl
Rim your drink glass by dipping your finger in water and running it along the edge of the glass. Gently dip the glass into the spiced sugar mixture
Mix together equal parts apple cider and ginger beer and pour into the rimmed glass. Option to garnish with apple slices or a cinnamon stick
Enjoy!
*Alternative to pumpkin pie spice for the rim: If you do not have pumpkin pie spice you can use cinnamon instead for your spiced sugar rim.
*Apple juice is an ok substitute (but not ideal). If you’re in a bind, using apple juice instead of apple cider in this recipe will be fine. If possible, use an unsweetened apple juice.
*Sweetener option: If you need a little extra sweetness in your mocktail, add a splash of simple syrup or maple syrup (start with ½ teaspoon and add more to taste).
