  • 2, 8 oz blocks of reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1/4 C brown sugar
  • 1, 16 oz container of caramel dip or caramel sauce*
  • 1/2 C toffee bits


  • In a large mixing bowl (or the bowl of a stand mixer), beat together cream cheese and brown sugar until combined and creamy
  • Spread cream cheese mixture into an even layer across the bottom of your serving dish
  • Pour caramel dip on top of the cream cheese mixture and spread into an even layer
  • Sprinkle toffee bits evenly over the top of your dip
  • Serve with apple slices and enjoy!*


*using a lite caramel dip or sauce is a great option for this recipe.
