Homemade Trail Mix

Homemade trail mix is an easy snack to throw together and is totally customizable! This trail mix recipe is one of my go-to combinations.

Ingredients

  • 1 C roasted & lightly salted cashews
  • 1 C lightly salted cocktail peanuts
  • 1 C lightly salted almonds
  • 1 C peanut m&ms
  • 1 C dark chocolate almonds
  • 1 C dried cherries

Instructions

  • Measure out all ingredients and place in a large bowl
  • Stir until well combined
  • Enjoy!

Notes

*Tip: Look in your baking aisle for the best deal on nuts! I’ve found that you can often buy the same nuts from the baking aisle instead of the snack nuts aisle for quite a lot cheaper (especially for walnuts, pecans, and almonds).
 
*Tip: Check the bulk section for trail mix ingredients! If your grocery store has a good bulk section, this is another great place to look for your ingredients.
