Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk of choice I use 2% dairy milk
  • 2 teaspoon ceremonial grade matcha powder
  • 3 oz white chocolate rough chopped
  • Optional adder: a scoop of unflavored collagen powder
  • Mini marshmallows for topping

Instructions

  • Add milk of choice and matcha powder to a small saucepan and whisk to help the matcha dissolve
  • Add white chocolate and warm over medium heat, stirring frequently, until steaming and desired temperature is reached (approximately 8-10 minutes). Do not boil.
  • Divide matcha and white hot chocolate between two mugs and top with marshmallows
  • Enjoy!

Notes

*Use ceremonial grade matcha powder. I highly recommend using a ceremonial grade matcha for any of your matcha based beverages. Ceremonial grade matcha is smoother and generally has a less earthy taste as compared to other grades, making it more enjoyable to drink!
