Ingredients

  • Cranberry juice cocktail chilled*
  • Champagne or sparkling wine, chilled*
  • Optional: fresh cranberries or a rosemary sprig for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill champagne flute ⅓ full with cranberry juice
  • Top with champagne (or sparkling wine)
  • Garnish with fresh cranberries and/or a rosemary sprig if desired
  • Enjoy!

Notes

*100% cranberry juice can be substituted for the cranberry juice cocktail.
*Good sparkling wine options include Prosecco, Cava, Brut, or Asti.
*Select the size of champagne and cranberry juice based on the amount of people being served. Small-sized bottles are great for single-servings.
