Selecting a red wine that is drier to balance out the sweetness of the fruit is the best choice. Pinot Noir, Malbec, Garnacha, Rioja, and Tempranillo are all great options.*If you'd like to add bubbles to your sangria, but also prefer a boozier cocktail, try topping your fall sangria with a sparkling hard cider!
