  • 10-15 mint leaves
  • 1/2 of a medium lime cut into 4-6 wedges
  • 1 tsp agave syrup -OR- 1 Tbsp honey simple syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • 6-8 oz lime sparkling water

  • Wash and prep your produce
  • In a highball or Collins glass, place your mint, lime wedges and agave syrup. Muddle to release the juices of the mint and lime
  • Fill glass with ice
  • Top with lime sparkling water
  • Stir to combine
  • Optionally garnish with additional mint

*Substitution option for the sparkling water: you can use club soda in lieu of lime sparkling water. Note, this will decrease the lime flavor of your drink (but it will still be a delight!)
*Alternative sweetener options: If you do not have agave syrup or honey simple syrup, you can use granulated sugar or regular simple syrup to sweeten your mojito mocktail
*Option to change to a cocktail: If you’d like to make this virgin mojito recipe into a full-blown cocktail, add 2 oz (4 Tablespoons) of white rum
