  • 1 Tbsp white chocolate sauce*
  • 1/4 C strong brewed coffee (or espresso)
  • ice
  • 1 C milk of choice (2% dairy milk recommended)
  • whipped cream for topping
  • additional white chocolate sauce for topping


  • Add white chocolate sauce and hot strongly brewed coffee (or espresso) to a tall glass. Stir to combine.
  • Fill the glass with ice
  • Pour milk over the ice and stir to combine
  • Top with whipped cream and additional white chocolate sauce
  • Sip and enjoy!


*you can use store-bought or homemade white chocolate sauce for this recipe (see blog post for how to make a homemade version)
*2% milk is what Starbucks uses for their dairy-milk in iced coffees, and is what has been used to calculate the nutrition facts for this recipe 
*If you do not brew your own espresso at home - no problem! You can use strongly brewed coffee in this recipe instead. To do so, add an extra scoop (or two) of grounds when brewing your coffee
