Lemon Meringue Tartlets

These delicious lemon meringue tartlets are sweet and tangy.  Made with a layer of pie crust, a silky smooth lemon curd filling, and topped with a fluffy layer of lightly toasted meringue. Elegant, adorable, and relatively easy to make!

Ingredients Needed:

- Frozen Pie Crust* - All-Purpose Flour (for rolling) - Large Eggs - Fresh Lemon Juice - Granulated Sugar - Butter - Vanilla Extract

*Option to use homemade pie crust if preferred
