- 1 oz cherry simple syrup
- 1 oz fresh-squeezed lime juice
- 4-6 oz lime sparkling water
- ice
- Optional Garnish:ย Fresh Cherries, Lime Slices or a Lime Wedge, a sprig of fresh mint, or a combination are lovely options for serving.
Fill a lowball (or rocks glass) full of ice
Add cherry simple syrup and lime juice to the glass
Top with lime sparkling water and stir to combine
Garnish with a slice of lime and a cherry if desired

Recipe Substitutions and Variations
Replace the lime sparkling water with lemon-lime soda. If preferred, replace 1-for-1 in this recipe.
Use club soda in place of the lime sparkling water. If preferred, replace 1-for-1 in this recipe. I'd also recommend adding a little extra lime juice.
Muddle in some fresh sweet cherries. To do so, remove the stems and pits from 2-3 cherries, and then muddle the fruit with your simple syrup in the bottom of your glass.
