In a liquid measuring cup, add milk, maple syrup and a few dashes of cinnamon. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute to warm up*
Add 1 scoop of collagen to the milk mixture and froth with a handheld milk frother
Pour coffee into your mug, filling it about ⅔ full
Top with frothed milk mixture and a few additional dashes of cinnamon

*If you do not have, or do not supplement your diet with collagen, you can simply skip this ingredient.*If you do not have a handheld milk frother, you have a few different options of how to froth your milk:Option 1: Place warm milk into a blender and blend until doubled in size.Option 2: Place warmed milk into a large jar, seal the lid tightly, and shake until the volume has increased (shaking vigorously for about 1 minute).Option 3: Warm your milk on the stove over medium heat until starting to steam (do not boil!).
