Baked brie is an awesome party appetizer that is easy to pull off. Learn how to make baked brie with jam in this story series. No puff pastry needed!
- Brie Cheese - Raspberry Jam or Raspberry Preserves (I recommend seedless) - Lightly Salted Pistachios (shells removed)
**See the full blog post for more topping ideas!
1. Unwrap brie and place into an oven safe bowl, leaving the rind on 2. Slice slits in the top of the brie with a sharp knife (in a cross-hatch pattern, this doesn’t need to be artistic or perfect – this helps when dipping later) 3. Spread jam over brie in an even layer and top with pistachios 4. Bake 10-12 minutes until warm and melty (you can test this by pressing the back of a spoon into the top of the brie)
