This easy pumpkin protein shake recipe is perfect for fall!  Made with real pumpkin and warm fall spices, this high protein and healthy pumpkin smoothie is a perfect option for pre or post workout or as a snack!

Ingredients Needed for a Pumpkin Smoothie:

– pumpkin puree – unsweetened vanilla almond    milk, or regular almond milk – vanilla protein powder – medium banana – pumpkin pie spice – ice
