Spinach Smoothie Recipe

This easy mixed fruit and spinach smoothie recipe is the perfect way to start your day!  Packed with good-for-you ingredients, this smoothie recipe is a must try.

Ingredients Needed:

– orange juice – medium banana – fresh spinach – plain or vanilla Greek yogurt – frozen mixed fruit – ground flaxseed – optional: plain or vanilla protein powder

1. In the basin of a standard-size blender, pour in half of the orange juice, then add the banana, spinach, flax, yogurt, and frozen fruit. If using protein powder, add at this stage. Top with the remaining orange juice.

2. Tightly secure the lid of the blender and blend until smooth. 3.  Serve and enjoy!
