This candy corn martini features beautiful orange, yellow, and white layers that look just like the iconic Halloween candy but tastes surprisingly fruity! The perfect Halloween party drink.
Shake the yellow layer. Add ice, pineapple juice, and vodka to your cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until chilled.
Strain into your glass. Pour the pineapple and vodka mixture into your martini glass.
Slowly add the grenadine. Slowly pour the grenadine into the glass. For best results, pour it close to the edge of the glass, helping it to sink to the bottom and create the orange ombre effect. Pouring it quickly or over the center of the cocktail can cause the colors to blend together and you'll lose the layered look.
Top with whipped cream. Add a generous squirt of whipped cream on top to create the white layer.
Garnish and enjoy. If desired, add a few candy corn candies to the rim of your glass or simply place them on top of the whipped cream layer for a festive finishing touch. Cheers!
Notes
Variation Ideas:
Vanilla vodka. Swap 1-for-1 to add a smooth, creamy flavor that complements the tropical pineapple.
Whipped cream vodka. Swap 1-for-1 for an even more dessert-like cocktail.
Coconut rum instead of vodka. For an extra tropical cocktail, substitute coconut rum 1-for-1 with the vodka to create a piña colada-inspired drink.
Orange juice blend. Replace half the pineapple juice with orange juice for a more citrus-forward version that still maintains the yellow color.
