Instructions
Pour the rum, peach syrup, and lime juice into a cocktail shaker half filled with ice.
Cap the shaker tightly and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is very cold (about 15 seconds).
Strain the cocktail into chilled glass to serve it 'straight up'.**if you didn't remember to chill your glasses (I rarely do), pour your cocktail over a little ice, it will still be delightful.
If desired, add a garnish and enjoy!

Want to make these for a party? How to make a batch cocktail:Add the liquid ingredients (no ice) to a pitcher, give it a stir, and store it in the refrigerator for up to 4 hours. Give the cocktail ingredients another stir before using. When ready to serve, fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add about 4 ounces of the mixture per drink, and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled glasses and enjoy!Everyone will have different pitcher sizes, but for a pitcher of 8 servings, add 16 ounces of white rum, 8 ounces of fresh lime juice, and 8 ounces of peach syrup.
