1ouncepumpkin spice syrup(recommend homemade, Monin or Torani are ok too)
2ouncesfreshly brewed espresso
3espresso beans for garnish
optional: dash or pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon for serving
Instructions
Add the ice, vodka, coffee liqueur, pumpkin spice syrup, and espresso to a cocktail shaker.
Cap tightly and shake vigorously for at least 20-seconds until the shaker is cold to the touch.
Pour the cocktail into a martini or coupe glass.
Place 3 espresso beans on the foam, and add a dash of pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon if desired for serving.
Taste and adjust the ratios to suit your personal preferences. If you'd prefer a milder drink, only add 1 ounce of vodka. If you'd like a less sweet drink, only add ½ ounce of coffee liqueur.
Cheers!
