Can I use apple juice instead of apple cider? If you’re in a bind, you could substitute apple juice for the apple cider in this recipe. If possible, use an unsweetened apple juice.

What if I want to make my mocktail sweeter? If you need a little extra sweetness in your mocktail, you could add a splash of simple syrup or maple syrup (start with ½ teaspoon and add more to taste).
