WHITE CHOCOLATE SAUCE OPTIONS – STORE BOUGHT VS. HOMEMADE

You can use store bought white chocolate sauce or make your own for this easy iced cafe mocha.

The best store bought white chocolate sauce

If you prefer store bought white chocolate sauce, I like this white chocolate sauce by Torani.

How to make homemade white chocolate sauce

If you’d like to make your own white chocolate sauce, follow this process:

  1. Warm 1 cup of milk (2% or whole milk) in a small saucepan over medium heat until it is steaming.
  2. Remove the pan from the heat and add 2 ounces of white chocolate, broken into pieces. Stir until the chocolate has melted.
    1. If the chocolate is not melting, place the saucepan back on the stove on low heat if needed. Stir constantly until the chocolate is melted.
  3. Let the sauce cool to room temperature to thicken.
  4. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge

This will make enough white chocolate sauce for 12-16 iced white chocolate mochas!
