How to Make Our Mango Lemonade with Mint

9 image collage showing the steps for making the lemonade with mango and mint in a blender.

Add the frozen mango, frozen lemonade concentrate, and water to a blender and blend to combine. Stir as needed to ensure all ingredients are blended.

Once nearly smooth, add the fresh mint leaves and blend until smooth.

Serve by adding equal parts of the mango mint lemonade mixture and sparkling water to a tall glass and stirring with a spoon (or straw) until well combined.

Drink and enjoy!

Tips for Making This Mango Mint Lemonade Recipe for a Crowd

If you are serving this to a big group, after blending, mix equal parts of the pureed lemonade mixture and sparkling water in a large pitcher. Stir to combine and then serve to your guests.

Doing this will prevent you from having to fill and mix the lemonade mixture in everyone’s individual glasses.

Refill your pitcher as needed. And be prepared to blend up a second batch as it’s likely to go fast!

Storing Leftover Blended Lemonade

If you find yourself with some of the blended mango lemonade mixture leftover (without the sparkling water added), store it in an air-tight container in the freezer. You can freeze mango and mint lemonade mixture for up to 1 month.

When ready to enjoy, let the container sit out on the counter for 5-10 minutes to thaw slightly and then scoop the mixture into a glass and top with an equal amount of sparkling water. Stir and enjoy!

Possible Dietary Restrictions?

This mango mint lemonade recipe is vegetarian, gluten free, and dairy free as written. See below for modification to make this a vegan coffee recipe.

  • Frozen lemonade concentrate is generally not considered to be vegan. To make this into a vegan lemonade recipe you will need to replace the frozen lemonade concentrate with a vegan lemonade of some sort. I would recommend starting with 12oz of vegan friendly lemonade. Note: I have not done this myself so you will need to play with the ratio a little bit.
  • While frozen concentrated lemonade is generally considered gluten free, if you are serving this frozen lemonade with mango and mint to someone with celiac disease, read the label on the frozen concentrated lemonade to verify no ingredients are included that would cause an issue.

Want to Make a Mango and Mint Lemonade Cocktail?

You have a few options for making this mango lemonade recipe with mint into a cocktail!

  • Vodka lemonade drinks are popular for a reason. Replace 1-2oz of sparkling water with 1-2oz of vodka in your individual glass of lemonade.
  • Rum and lemonade is another great combination! Replace 1-2oz of sparkling water with 1-2oz of white rum (also known as silver rum or light rum) in your individual glass of lemonade.

This is SO good! Easy and refreshing. I’ll make this a lot this summer! (Would be pretty easy to make this into an “adult” beverage too!)
